If you are new to the CRM or if you need any type of training on how to use it at its best, this is the option you need to choose.

Based on the type of training you will need (general, specific sections, not sure), you will be directed either to booking a training call or to the Knowledge Base portal.

  • Technical Issues

Select this options if something is not working properly.

Please add a Loom video or a link to a screenshot so that we can understand more about the problem.

If the issue is regarding a specific client, please add the name so we can recreate the process the client went through in the platform and see exactly what happened for them.

  • Suggestions

Select this option in case you need a particolar tailoring of the system, specific for your business. It could be a different workflow, or a form, a page, a pipeline, or a change of what you already have in the platform.

TERMS AND TIMING TO RECEIVE A REPLY

You will receive an update via email during the different stages of your ticket.

Normally, consider 24 to 48 hours for the ticket to be evaluated, and the timeline for the solution with depend on the type of issue, for which you will receive proper and regula updates.
